Your payment will be confirmed by paypal via email.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation within 3 – 5 business days. Straps will ship from Synchron by Fedex to the USA and Canada, Europe and ROW will ship by postal service.

In case you are not happy with the product, you may return or exchange your ISOfrane strap providing that it is un-used and un-worn in the original packaging within seven days of delivery. You will receive a credit for the cost of the strap LESS the *actual shipping costs of $19.00 and a restocking fee of $10.00, providing that it is new, unworn and unused in its original packaging.
